Kelianne CrapoPresident
Kelianne Crapo is President of Property Operations at Peak Living, LLC. She was formerly an Asset Manager at Peak Capital Partners overseeing asset performance and management operations for the firm’s properties in Colorado, New Mexico and Oklahoma. Kelianne brings an extensive background in property management and on-site operations. She began her career in 2001 as a leasing agent for BRE in Orem, Utah, and quickly progressed to Regional Manager, responsible for on-site operations, extensive capital projects and property renovations. Throughout her career, she has worked on all types of multi-family properties – from wholly-owned to fee-managed assets, covering all property types and asset classes, including more than six years of experience managing both conventional and affordable HUD properties. She has been responsible for the successful leasing of multiple properties and been instrumental in successful transactions for owners resulting in positive returns on their investments. Kelianne has worked for numerous local and national property management companies including BRE, RK Properties, Millwood Management and Alliance Residential Company. Kelianne holds a bachelor’s degree in health sciences from Brigham Young University and is a former board member of the Utah Apartment Association where she continues to serve on committees.
Trent Wallin
Trent WallinSenior Controller
Mr. Wallin is the Senior Controller at Peak Living, Trent is primarily responsible for the accounting and financial reporting at Peak Living. Prior to Peak Living, Trent worked as the Controller / Director of Accounting at Viking Cruises, a rapidly growing cruise line, where he became skilled at analyzing processes and scaling for greater efficiency, while ensuring uncompromising compliance with financial reporting requirements under US GAAP and IFRS. Trent also worked at Ernst & Young in the Assurance and Advisory Business Services group for four and a half years. During his tenure there, Mr. Wallin worked with clients from a variety of industries, including financial services. He worked on teams to perform financial statement and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance audits, and advised on various accounting and auditing related matters. Mr. Wallin also spent three years with a regional CPA firm where he was responsible for preparing financial statements and advising publicly-traded clients in technical accounting areas, including accounting for complex financial instruments. Mr. Wallin is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the states of California and Utah. He has been a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 2007. He received a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Virginia and a B.S. in Business Management – Finance from Brigham Young University.
Kerrie Jones
Kerrie JonesAccounting Manager
Kerrie Jones has been part of the Peak Living team since September 2017. She comes to Peak Living with 10 years of property management accounting experience at Extra Space Storage, the nation’s second largest operator of self-storage facilities. While at Extra Space Storage, Kerrie saw the company grow from 200 properties to over 1500 properties and was involved in process improvements throughout her time there while training and supervising property accountants. At Peak Living, Kerrie is managing the financial accounting process and the property accounting team, and overseeing process improvements to help accounting run smoothly and efficiently. Kerrie holds a bachelor’s degree in business/accounting.
Stacey Roylance
Stacey RoylanceDirector of Software Support
Stacey Roylance has been in the industry for 7 plus years. She originally started as a leasing agent and worked her way to an Assistant Manager role quickly. With her strong sense of operations and software programs she took the opportunity to join Peak Living in a more corporate role where she could utilize her onsite experience effectively. She was instrumental in the transitions of 15 plus assets while employed as the Yardi Specialist/Transition Specialist role at Peak Living. With her attention to detail and strong knowledge of Yardi systems she transitioned to the role of Director of Software Support to ensure effective and smooth transitions now totaling close to 15,000 units.
John Edwards
John EdwardsDatabase Director
John Edwards joined Peak Capital’s Partners in July of 2015 and maintains their Database and Yardi Software used to manage their properties. Yardi is the largest Property Management Software Company in the world and it is used at Peak’s properties and Corporate Office. With his 24 years of Property Management Experience he is able to add support to all areas of Peak’s property management needs. He received his Certified Apartment Manager designation from the National Apartment Association in 1997. Mr. Edwards begin his career in 1992 with NALS Property Management as a Property Bookkeeper and worked his way to up Property Manager and started training users to use the Yardi software. In 2007 he started working as a Database Administrator for Cottonwood Residential, one of the nation’s top 50 Property Management Companies and was promoted to Director of Database Operations. After Joining Peak Capital Partners he quickly got the database up and running and continues to make improvements in the software and procedures. He has also help start two subsidiary companies with Peak, helping to improve the income of Peak Capital Partners.
Kim Sutherlin
Kim SutherlinDirector of Training
Kim is the Director of Training, she started in the multi-family housing industry 5 years ago as an Assistant Manager, quickly moving into a Community Manager role. After two years onsite, her passion for education and interest in operations enabled her to shift into a corporate training role with Peak Living. As the Director of Training, Kim oversees the Peak Living training department and assists all other departments in creating training documents, brainstorming backend operational changes and implementing all new initiatives to the onsite teams. Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, as well as a master’s degree in educational psychology.
Michael Collings
Michael CollingsDirector of Property Maintenance
Michael Collings is the Director of Property Maintenance for Peak Living, overseeing all onsite maintenance operations. Previously, Michael was a Project Manager for Peak Living’s ownership company Peak Capital, in which he was responsible for scheduling contractors, managing budgets, and ensuring quality capital work.

Michael has over 10 years of experience in student and conventional multifamily housing. He began his career as a maintenance technician and was quickly promoted to a multi-facility supervisor specializing in rehab projects for neglected sites. Over the years Michael has been recruited to manage start-up and large capital projects. Michael’s long-term experience includes managing onsite budgets, overseeing extensive capital projects, developing best practice maintenance standards, and developing and implementing energy-conscious programs.

Danielle Lawrence
Danielle LawrenceAffordable Operations / Regional Manager
Danielle Lawrence began her career in 2006 for Concord Management, in Southfield, Michigan. Danielle was promoted to Community Director in 2009, receiving several awards for high occupancy, low turnover, as well as year over year NOI growth. In 2014, when Peak Capital purchased the property, Danielle was promoted to Area Manager, overseeing three additional properties throughout the state of Michigan. As the portfolio grew, Danielle was promoted to District Manager, overseeing several properties throughout Michigan, Indiana, and Pennsylvania. Danielle has experience with LIHTC, Section 8, Market Rate, as well as Student Housing.
Sue Dawson
Sue DawsonRegional Vice President
Sue Dawson is a Regional VP for Peak Living for the Orlando/Daytona area of Florida. Sue joined Peak Living in October, 2016, bringing with her 28 years of property management experience. She has held positions in both the administrative and service fields within the industry for both owner and third-party managed conventional properties, ranging from individual private ownership to large public REITs.

Before joining Peak Living, Sue was a Regional Manager at Harbor Group Management, where she oversaw portfolios in various markets in Florida, North Carolina and Maryland, consisting of more than 3,300 units. Sue attended Southeast Missouri State University, is a Notary Public and is a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) as awarded by the National Apartment Association.

Tanya Fakour
Tanya FakourRegional Manager
Tanya Fakour joined the Peak Living team in February 2017 and was promoted to Regional Manager over the Greater Atlanta portfolio in April 2018. Tanya brings with her 26 years of property management experience. She began her career in Atlanta where she advanced through a series of promotions from Leasing Specialist to Regional Vice President, overseeing 2511 units in Georgia, Ohio and Michigan. Prior to joining Peak Living, Tanya was the team transition leader for Yardi Voyager with First Beacon Management. During this transition, she was responsible for training, development and implementation of policy/procedures for daily site operations including the corporate office.

Her Regional experience includes, conventional, affordable, value-add and new construction properties.

Tanya is a candidate for the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation who enjoys learning new assets and helping her managers grow into successful leaders.

Stacy Walton
Stacy WaltonRegional Vice President
Stacy Walton is Regional Vice President at Peak Living, LLC over the Utah market. Stacy has a long tenure in property management with on-site operations, training and mentoring. She began her career in 1988 as a leasing agent for Robertson Properties in Southern California. She and quickly progressed to Community Manager responsible for on-site operations and property performance and was over several communities in the Sothern California Market. Her experience includes on–site manager of HUD community in 2010 and 2011 at Pinnacle Southtowne in South Jordan Utah, wholly- owned to fee managed communities. She was successful on several lease up communities in Utah, California, and Downtown Seattle Markets with over 19 years’ experience on–site, as a Regional Trainer and Regional Manager. Stacy has worked for numerous local and national property management companies including Robertson Properties, Pacesetter Homes, RPM Company, BRE Properties, and Alliance Residential Company.
Rebecca Gutierrez
Rebecca GutierrezRegional Manager
Rebecca Gutierrez is a Regional Manager for Peak Living in the state of Utah. Rebecca started with Peak Capital Partners as an Asset Manager and quickly transitioned into a Regional Manager role with Peak Living in September 2014. Using her 17 years of property management experience, Rebecca’s current role includes directly oversees all residential property operations, including budgets, cash flow forecasting, management and marketing.
Rebecca began her career in 1998 as a leasing agent for Thompson Michie Communities in Salt Lake City, Utah, where she quickly moved up to Manager. By 2007, Rebecca was working for Horizon Investment/Cornerstone Residential in Bountiful, Utah as a Community Service Director and within one year became Vice President, where she oversaw properties consisting of commercial retail space, pad sites, new construction lease-ups, conventional units, LIHTC units and senior communities. Her background also includes managing Condo associations and overseeing 100 single-family homes at one time. Rebecca holds her Accredited Residential Manager degree from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Jennifer Watkins
Jennifer WatkinsRegional Vice President
Jennifer joined Peak Living adding her 19 years of property management experience to the company. As a Regional Vice President, she is responsible for all facets of residential properties, including preparation of annual budgets, financial cash flow forecasting, profit and loss statements, management and marketing plans.

Before joining Peak Living, Jennifer served as General Manager for Irvine Apartment Management Company where she served as the co-chair of the incentive compensation committee with the acting President of the company. She advanced to greater responsibilities with the Stratus Real Estate where she served as a Regional Manager overseeing a portfolio of 1,200 units and seven assets during her tenure there. After the acquisition of Status to another company Jennifer moved on to AIMCO for three years until she decided to relocate her family in 2007 to Colorado where she took on the role of Regional Manager with Riverstone Residential Group overseeing 1,900 units and a portfolio of eight assets before joining Alliance residential as a Regional Manager overseeing 2,700 units and a portfolio of eight assets.

Jennifers diverse management roles give her extensive experience in new construction, affordable housing, challenged properties, and stabilized assets.

Jennifer attended California State University Fullerton and is a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) through the NAA.

Audrie Bixler
Audrie BixlerRegional Manager
Audrie Bixler is the Regional Manager for the Peak Living Kansas/Missouri portfolio. Audrie joined Peak Living in April 2015. The majority of Audrie’s 17 years of property management experience consists of managing affordable/tax-credit communities. Audrie also has extensive experience overseeing large historical community rehabs and assets under new construction.

Audrie has earned her Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) certificate and is a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS). She also is a chapter member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Jenny Gleason
Jenny GleasonRegional Manager
Jenny Gleason is a Regional Manager for Peak Living for the Nashville area. Jenny has been in the Multi-Family Industry for over 20 years. She started as a leasing consultant for an owner managed company where she broke every leasing record in only a few months. She was then quickly promoted and her career in Property Management took off from there. Jenny has a vast knowledge ranging from new construction, student housing, multi-site, renovations, lease ups and condominium conversions. She has strong leadership skills, experience in acquisitions, project management and a proven record of driving financial growth. She has received awards ranging from Best Clubhouse, Best Model, Most Improved Property From Takeover, Spotlight award, Move In award for successfully moving in 500 residents in a single day and Manager of The Year.
Shelley Miracle
Shelley MiracleRegional Manager
Shelley Miracle is the Regional Manager for the Peak Living Northern Florida Portfolio, supervising assets in Jacksonville, Tallahassee and Pensacola.

Shelley joined Peak Living in September, 2016, with over twenty-five years of regional multi-site experience. Before joining Peak Living, Shelley served as Regional Manager for Equity Residential, Waterton Residential and Archstone Communities.
Shelley has worked primarily with market rate assets in several major markets in the East and Midwest regions of the country. Her experience includes garden style, mid-rise and high-rise assets with retail. She also has experience in affordable housing both in Florida and the DC Metro area. Shelley’s diverse management experience in multiple market markets gives her extensive experience in new construction, lease ups, acquisitions, renovations, capital improvements, asset preservation and all facets of multi-family property management.

Shelley attended the University of South Florida, and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Shelley previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Nashville Apartment Association and the Lexington Apartment Association. She also served as a member of the Board of Directors for IREM Chapter #71 in Nashville.

Brandie Mejia
Brandie MejiaRegional Manager
Brandie Mejia began her career in 2007 as a Leasing Agent for Sagebrush Capital Management in Gastonia, North Carolina. Brandie quickly made her way to Property Manager in 2008 where she received several certificates for great customer service, maintaining the highest renewal percentage throughout the company and her continual growth in NOI. In 2012 when Cottonwood Residential took over management of the portfolio. Brandie’s talents where quickly noticed and she was promoted to Area Manager where she oversaw two of the largest most challenging properties. Brandie has a record of taking on any challenge with determination and increasing income, lowering expenses all while building her team. Brandie comes to us from Drucker and Falk where she has spent the last year successfully overseeing a half a million dollar renovation project and bringing her current property from a class D property to a class B.

Lacey Ellis
Lacey EllisRegional Manager
Lacey Ellis has been in property management for 16 years, starting as a leasing agent. After college she transitioned into a corporate training role before moving back onsite as a Community Manager. She historically has held positions from Manager up to Multi-Site Manager in her career. Lacey joined Peak Living when Peak Capital purchased The Orleans at Walnut Grove in Cordova, TN where she had recently finished the lease up of the property. Recently she has taken on a Senior Manager role within Peak Living overseeing the lease up of The Charleston as well. WE look forward to seeing Lacey continue to grow and advance the Memphis portfolio and elevate our talent and operations with her strong skills and attention to detail. Lacey hold her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification and is currently working on her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
